1. Introduction

Welcome to www.habitverse.in (“Website”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your participation in the HabitVerse coaching programs, challenges, and community groups. By accessing this Website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

HabitVerse provides accountability coaching, self-growth challenges, and community support. Program Structure: Our coaching programs operate on strictly defined 21-day cycles. Service Duration: Access to coaching support, community groups (e.g., WhatsApp/Telegram), and daily prompts is limited to the duration of the active 21-day cycle for which you have paid.

3. Medical and Results Disclaimer

Not Medical Advice: The content, coaching, and strategies provided by HabitVerse are for educational and self-growth purposes only. They do not constitute professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice. Do not use our services as a substitute for professional therapy or medical intervention.
No Guarantee of Results: We provide the tools, structure, and accountability, but your results depend entirely on your own effort, commitment, and individual circumstances. We do not guarantee that you will successfully break a habit or achieve a specific outcome.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Deferrals

4.1. Payment: Full payment is required prior to the start of the 21-day cycle to secure your spot.

4.2. No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our content and the reservation of limited coaching slots, all sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds for any reason once payment has been processed.

4.3. Carry Forward Policy: If you are unable to participate in the cycle you purchased, you may request to carry forward your participation to a future challenge under the following conditions: You must notify us via email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the scheduled start date of the challenge.
This carry-forward option is valid for one time only.
The credit must be redeemed for a challenge starting within 3 months of your original payment date.

5. User Conduct and Community Rules

To maintain a safe and supportive environment, you agree to the following:
Respect: You will not post abusive, defamatory, hateful, or harassing content in our community groups.
Privacy: You will respect the privacy of other participants. Sharing screenshots or details of other members' personal stories outside the group is strictly prohibited.
Termination: HabitVerse reserves the right to remove you from any challenge or group immediately, without refund, if you violate these conduct rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the challenge—including daily prompts, PDF guides, videos, and coaching methodologies—are the intellectual property of HabitVerse. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal self-growth only. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or share these materials with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, HabitVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website or participation in our programs.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
